Morph is making his debut at this year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the world’s largest celebration of the arts taking place in August. If you’re there, don’t miss the chance to try your hand at making your very own Morph and join Morph’s co-creator and the co-founder of Aardman Animations, Peter Lord, for a one-off event to celebrate the little terracotta fellow!
From the 28th August – 31st August at the Green Room in the Pleasance Courtyard there will be Morph model making workshops, at 2pm and 5pm each day. You’ll be guided through the steps to create your very own Morph by one of Aardman’s expert model makers who will show you all the tricks of the trade. Designed for both kids (age 5 and up) and grown-ups, these model making events offer creative fun for the whole family, plus you’ll get to take your creation home with you.
Book your tickets for the workshops here.
If you’d like to find out a little more about Morph’s history don’t miss a very special one-off event taking place at 11.30am on 29th August at the Cabaret Bar in the Pleasance Courtyard. Morph’s co-creator Peter Lord will be joined by a special guest host for ‘A Morning with Morph’ where he’ll look back on almost 40 years of Morph and share his favourite Morph memories, old and new. This is a great opportunity to meet the man behind Morph and hear some little-known stories and facts about his iconic clay creation.
Prior booking is recommended so be sure to book your tickets here.
